These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SystemStack website, products, and services, owned and operated by SC Home Solutions, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, doing business as SystemStack (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Coaching services may be provided by Serena Norris individually.

By accessing this website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property & License

All materials provided, including but not limited to: templates, spreadsheets, scope of work frameworks, design packages, budgets, operating systems, standard operating procedures, coaching materials, written content, branding and proprietary methodologies, and anything else sold or disctributed from this company are the exclusive intellectual property of SC Home Solutions, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own internal business purposes only.

You may NOT resell materials, share files outside your organization, distribute or publish content publicly, create derivative works for sale, license, sublicense, or transfer content.

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

2. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access upon delivery:

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Coaching services will be contracted differently and may include a separate refund policy.

3. Coaching Services

Coaching services provided by Serena Norris are educational in nature.

Coaching does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment advisory services, construction consulting services, or fiduciary services.

You remain solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and results. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

4. No Earnings or Performance Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding profitability, investment returns, deal performance, contractor performance, cost savings, or business growth.

Past experience and case studies do not guarantee future results.

5. Pricing, Materials & Market Variability Disclaimer

Any pricing examples, scope of work figures, design selections, budget projections, or sample data provided are for illustrative purposes only.

We make no representation or warranty that material pricing is accurate or current, labor pricing will match examples, contractors will perform as expected, products or materials will be available, or costs will remain stable.

Construction pricing varies significantly based on location, labor market, supply chain conditions, and timing.

You are responsible for verifying all pricing, availability, and feasibility before making business decisions.

6. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship

Use of SystemStack materials or participation in coaching does not create a fiduciary relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, an investment advisory relationship, or a construction management agreement.

You remain an independent business operator.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC Home Solutions, LLC and Serena Norris individually shall not be liable for business losses, lost profits, investment losses, project losses, cost overruns, contractor disputes, or indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SC Home Solutions, LLC and Serena Norris from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from your use of the materials or coaching services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
